Lbh kurang lg 9 jam masuk tahun baru 2009… masa ni la br aku terhegeh2 nk update blog dgn citer2 yg aku dh basi jg la… sebenarnye dr minggu lps dh mula menaip, tp xtahu mn plak ilg nye file tu.. yg ada ni jer yg masih ada… so baca jer la apa yg ada… bos kecik cuti, keje opis ada tp mcm maleh nk buat.. br blk dr klinik… pale sakit plak… dr mlm td.. kalau sakit mcm ni slalu nyer, tekanan tinggi la ni… apa tak nyer melantak sesedap rasa… pagi td dh rasa nk mc tp pk , keje kt opis ( mcm baik je kan haha) tp dtg opis bos kecik plak yg cuti… bgs jg… so akhir nyer aku menaip blog jg…
Apa azam thn baru aku?? Ala maleh nk citer psl azam ni, azam hanya tggl azam.. kalau ada lelaki yg bernama azam xper jg hahaha…. Umur makin meningkat itu yg pasti… 3 bulan jerr lagi…. Xsampai pn 3 bln… tp hadiah dh dpt in advance hahaha itu la yg plg aku suka… masa sum1 tanya aku nk hadiah apa.. aku xtahu nk apa… tp same time aku ada aim 2 benda… tp benda2 ni mahal, kalau murah mesti aku dh beli haha… kalau aku kata nk keta, cnfm xkan dpt… dr hr tu aku tgk2 laptop kecik, yg comel… tp aku pk membazir kalau beli . sdgkan laptop aku msh elok.. TAPI hr tu geram sbb laptop wat hal.. nak jer aku campak kn laptop tu… tp sabarrrrr …. Akhirnyer aku reformat jer.. pueh hati… now dh ok… di tambah dgn external hdd yg baru haha 160GB, besar la jg , buat ms ni la.. esk lusa mesti aku rs kecik sbb dh sumbat mcm2 file…. So now laptop xde masalah.. layann mengong pn ok, kalau mengong race.. laju la jg…. So laptop wta ms ni dh xnak haha tp kalau ada yg nk bg yg kecik aku ttp terima dgn hati yg gembira… mcm laptop big bos aku hr tu… xbiasa dgn yg kecik, btl2 mengadap skrin bila nk install software… aku guna mouse, tp big bos aku ckp blh touch skrin hahaha pandai plak dia…
So benda lg 1 ni, mmg aku nk beli .. kegunaan sendiri.. slalu pinjam kakak aku nyer jer… hmmmm ishh xblh citer lbh2 la…. Ada la sum1 yg sudi bg sumbangan, hadiah in advance.. benda mahal kan… mana mampu beli sorg2.. so share2 jer la… org kata sharing is caring… tp anak buah aku kata sharing is cheap hahaha… so thn dpn mesti xde hadiah hr jadi hahaha…... Alahamdulillah….. tq sis….
So tahun depan, tahun belajar… byk benda yg aku nk belajar… utk tambah ilmu, utk maju kan diri… ramai gk yg tanya nape tak sambung blajar…. Otak dh tepu… aku dh maleh nk ngadap buku… tp niat tu mmg ada … tapi aku xnk amik bidang finance, account… dh pnt la. Aku bkn suka bidang ni…. So sementara aku pk nk tulis apa lg… korang bc la apa yg aku dh tulis pada 2 minggu lps… dh tulis lama tp xpublish… sbb aku pk 10 kali utk publish benda ni…. Ini pun stlh di edit hehehe…

Kali ni aku nekad nk lepas kn sesuatu yg aku syg… sepatut nye dh lama aku buat benda ni… dh ramai yg nasihat kn TAPI ms tu aku msh syg , aku xsampai hati wpun aku terima dugaan mcm2… ms tu aku bodoh kot…. manusia kn kalau kita buat 1000 kali kebaikan.. tp bila 1 kali tersilap.. kita akn di hukum selamanyerrr. Selama ni aku masih sabar… biarpn tak semesra dulu Mlm ni.... Aku marah.. terasa hati….. so aku decide aku lepaskn segala nyer.. mungkin takde itam putih nyer.. tp aku dh give up, fed up…. Sampai di sini saja… kita hanya manusia biasa.. tak mampu nk control semua nyer… biar la di mata dia, aku mmg bersalah… tp maaf dh aku hulurkan…
Pada yg setia.. teruskan la kesetiaan itu.. kerana aku berhenti di sini…. Lama btl aku tak upate blog … mula2 plan nak buka blog br tapi xjadi.. so aku delete jerr.. apa2 yg tak berkenaan dgn hidup aku… then br blh masuk kategori U hehehe TAPI aku buka juga blog baru sbb nk beza kan… sbb aku nak menulis semula… nk sambung citer yg tak pnh abis2…

Jom naik bas hop on hop off…. Ini nama btl bus ni tp bila sampai kt bdk2 fc…. Ada yg pgl bus hip hop la.. bus huk huk la.. mcm2 nama yg kuar… janji berkumpul pukul 11 pagi kat KL sentral…. Biasa la janji melayu… slalu aku dtg awal tp sbb slalu sgt menunggu… plus adik aku sakit perut akhir nyer 11.30am br sampai kt KL sentral…. Yg lain dh menunggu hehehe… ramai jg yg join… rombongan mula bergerak ke tkt 2 KL sentral… xlama kemudian, 1 bas lalu, alaaaa bas ni takde ruangan yg tdk berbumbung… akhirnyer bila 1 lg bas lalu… terpaksa naik jg… sbb plan nk turun kt 1 tmpt then baru tggu bus yg tdk berbumbung… bila dh naik bas ramai2 , mula la kecoh.. abg2 saleh tu dh pandang2 jeling2… ala kecoh la… kitaorg decide turun kat KLCC… nk g makan dulu… bukan nyer xpnh g KLCC tp bila dh ramai2.. siap amik gambar …. Hahahha fun corner kecoh di KLCC…. 2.30pm tggu bas , rezeki kitaorg, dp jg bas yg di idam2 kan… apalagi kitaorg konker kt tempt yg tak berbumbung…. Mcm bas ni ,kitaorg yg punyerrr hahaha… perjalanan kali ni mmg best…. bergambar sentiasa… ada yg kepala kena daun2 pokok haha….mmg FUN CORNER… lbh kurang pukul 4 baru sampai KL Sentral semula… lps u summer berpecah, ikut haluan msg2… aku pn ken abalik , coz adik aku nk balik ptg tu ….. mmg best… harga tiket rm19 utk pemegang mykad… tp kebetulan that day ada promosi.. dpt la rm17… mmg mahal… tp ini la 1 cara kita round2 KL… dgn kawan2…. What is hemoglobin?
Hemoglobin is the protein molecule in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to the body's tissues and returns carbon dioxide from the tissues to the lungs. The iron contained in hemoglobin is responsible for the red color of blood.
How is hemoglobin measured?
Several methods exist for measuring hemoglobin, most of which are done currently by automated machines designed to perform several different tests on blood. Within the machine, the red blood cells are broken down to get the hemoglobin into a solution. The free hemoglobin is exposed to a chemical containing cyanide which binds tightly with the hemoglobin molecule to form cyanmethemoglobin. By shining a light through the solution and measuring how much light is absorbed (specifically at a wavelength of 540 nanometers), the amount of hemoglobin can be determined.
What are normal hemoglobin values?
The hemoglobin level is expressed as the amount of hemoglobin in grams (gm) per deciliter (dl) of whole blood, a deciliter being 100 milliliters.
The normal ranges for hemoglobin depend on the age and, beginning in adolescence, the sex of the person. The normal ranges are:
Newborns: 17-22 gm/dl
One (1) week of age: 15-20 gm/dl
One (1) month of age: 11-15gm/dl
Children: 11-13 gm/dl
Adult males: 14-18 gm/dl
Adult women: 12-16 gm/dl
Men after middle age: 12.4-14.9 gm/dl
Women after middle age: 11.7-13.8 gm/dl
All of these values may vary slightly between laboratories. Some laboratories do not differentiate between adult and "after middle age" hemoglobin values.
What does a low hemoglobin level mean?
A low hemoglobin is referred to as being anemic. There are many reasons for anemia.
